I know that many kids are dealing with the heavy feelings that my kids once had as they dive back down the back to school road. I encourage all families to slow down this week.
I’m feeling all the heavy hearts this time of year and am thinking of you all that just aren’t ready to send those babies back to school.

Honestly, I am most excited for my kids to experience a new county fair, with new people, hopefully making new friends, and having a new kind of fun with evening rodeos, iced lattes, and making memories.
It has cooled off and I’ve got a zucchini the size of a two year old child that needs dealt with, so I’ve got baking on the brain today!
