So, what I am trying to say is, I really don’t know much about what is going on, off of the Jones Ranch. I still know one thing to be true, filling the bellies of the ones you love and spending time with them “breaking bread” is worth the time and effort.
If electronics were not an option any more, how would you spend your free time?
The positive effects of outdoor free play have been studied since the beginning of time and are undeniable. Let’s get families back outside walking the neighborhoods, biking around the park, and even just playing in the good ole dirt!
I was alerted that today was National Pancake Day and it had me thinking that I needed to ask all of you, “does anyone else have a family that loves having breakfast for dinner?” Well, I do!
Spring is right around the corner and I can feel it. There is something about turning the calendar page to March and just knowing we have almost made it.

When you lay eyes on that sea of blue corduroy jackets, there is no doubt if you have ever worn one, that you are among some of the most motivated, engaged youth in America.
In 1917 the Smith Hughs Act was signed into law and provided federal funds for technical education. This meant that ag education, home economics, and trades were finally funded in public school.
It is National FFA week which really celebrates 2 of my favorite things, kids and agriculture!
