There is no doubt that the second week of August has had a clear theme for the last few years. It has brought me feelings of heaviness, darkness, and even some guilt. Approaching back to school time has never been a joyous or celebratory time for me.
I think that the first step to creating peace around you is to keep your mind in the middle, in the middle of your life. Don’t compare to friends and neighbors. Find what makes you happy and creates peace and do more of that!
There are so many beautiful ways to remember loved ones without releasing balloons that will cause harm to the environment and animals.
