With Your Help, We Can Bring Light To The Darkness Of Cancer

Scott Rysdon’s daughter, Carly Michelle, was diagnosed on February 28, 2018 with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Through months of experimental treatments and advancements in medicines, amazing medical professionals and facilities, and community support and prayers, Carly has remained cancer free.

Scott invites you to the South Dakota event, “Light The Night” coming up on Thursday, September 29th from 6:30P.M. to 9:00P.M at Falls Park in Sioux Falls, SD.

It is an inspirational community event that raises awareness and funding for groundbreaking research and treatment options to eliminate cancer.  When a loved one hears the words “you have cancer,” it is a dark and scary time.  Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS’s) Light the Night brings light to the darkness of cancer through hope, research and support for patients, families, friends, doctors, nurses, researchers, colleagues and caregivers. Coming together for a common goal, friends, families and co-workers from fundraising teams in nearly 200 communities across North America. They join together carrying illuminated lanterns to bring light to the darkness of cancer. Click here for event information.
